When sorting out a eBay return request to enable to see if the parcel is on the way back have the shipping tracking tracking have a live link

it doesn't tell you if they opened the return request as the seller pays or the buyer pays

BUG: When a ebay case contains -> : the rest of the message gets truncated and whatever is after : gets shown. I need to go to the case in ebay to see the full message.
