Customer Details - add a chat icon
Add an icon showing how many chat conversation a customer has, just like we already have for tickets and orders:

Dashboards - Tickets - average number of replies before resolution
Add a new widget that shows how many replies it takes for a user to resolve a ticket completely.

Instant Messages - time without a reply
For each Chat conversation, we should display a time passed since a conversation was initiated or since our last response to a visitor. This will allow users to identify visitors who are waiting too long and process their messages first.

Dahboards - add Instant Messages section
Add a new section to the existing dashboards, dedicated to the Instant Messages module. This section should have widgets about users' performance, chats assigned, chats closed, etc. Also, it is worth replicating the Tickets Overview section.

Starred messages
Some tickets may be high priority and important. A feature to Star messages and display them at the top (like the gmail feature) to show they need attention of.

Unified Customer Communication View
It would be great to have all the customer communication inb the same inbox. Customers often change from one communication channel to the oter e.g. starting with E-Mail, then send additional questions and fotos by WhatsApp. It would be very helpful to have all that in one inbox and be able to combine it to a single ticket

Dashboards - Historical Data Storage
At this moment, our Dashboards reflect the current state of things only, meaning that it is not possible to check how things were at some point in the past. The idea is - to store all historical data so that users can have the ability to see their "system snapshot" from any moment in the past.
