Please can we get this feature enabled, we where not aware this was not already a feature in replyco and was the most used feature in software we have used in the past.

Additionally, the entire ticket thread should be translated so that it is possible to read the whole case without needing to translate each message. Apologies if this is exactly what was meant in the first place!

It would be good if you are also told which language the original text is in so that it is easier to make sure the response is in the correct language.

Dominic Rannie Also if it allowed you to manually change the detected language it translated from as sometimes it’s incorrect.
