Auto-responses - add order-based conditions
Add order-based conditions like we have for ticket rules. Use-case: to be able to trigger/not trigger an auto-response in tickets with/without order attached. In other words, to be able to treat post-sales/pre-sales inquiries diffirently.

Auto-responses - Add new condition "number of messages without a response"
E.g. if the number of messages without a response is equal (or equal or more) to 2, then trigger an auto-response rule.

Auto-responses - add auto-DST option
Suggestion is to add a new tickbox when creating or editing an auto-response rule. Currently, we do not auto-switch clocks and it is always GMT+0. This option, when enabled, should set hours for this AR rule to GMT+0 during winter time and to GMT+1 during summer time.
